O'Connors advises Shore Capital on Wynnstay Group AIM placing
Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited acted as Joint Broker to Wynnstay Group plc (the North Wales-based manufacturer and supplier of agricultural products and services) in relation to a placing on AIM to raise circa £4 million. The net proceeds of the placing will be used to support the Group's acquisition strategy, in particular, the acquisition announced on 27 May 2010 of Woodheads Seeds Limited, the Yorkshire-based seed processing and supply business.
